Heaven is For Real.

I love this book, as I read it i could imagine the look on colton's face as well as his parents. I just couldn't put this book down and when I finished it I read it again.
the story colton told makes you realize Heaven is really real. out of the mouths of babies he couldn't have made this story up, the way he described the things he saw and how adamant he was about how Jesus looked, this child know what he was talking about.
I also enjoyed the pictures that are included, colton is such a cute child, and the family picture is so nice.
I HIGHLY recommend this book if you want a little glimpse of Heaven this book will surely give it to you.

Psalms by The Navigators

I found this book a very useful study guide,.It starts out with a brief introduction to Psalms and asks the question does prayer make a difference? after using this book you will hopefully come away with the knowledge of how to pray more effectively.
In the 10 lessons i found things that i had not seen before so this book would be good for someone who is just starting out on their spiritual walk with God.It's a compact book filled with useful information.

Out Live Your Life By Max Lucado.

This book is a wonderful guide to add to our daily walk with God, Mr Lucado is a very good writer, BUT more importantly he uses Scripture to illustrate how God wants us to live and share his love with everyone, He is reminding us that as Christians God expects us to use our life to help those in need no matter what the need may be.
If we are willing to do Gods will in our life He says he will (spiritually speaking) Bless us abundantly, and truthly its just the right thing to do.

The Boy Who Changed the World

The Boy Who Changed the World by Andy Andrews.
This book is a very good way of teaching children the consequence of the choices that we all make,
he explains it as the Butterfly effect, What ever we do effects those around us good choices or bad choices it will always effect someone.
This book is very colorful, well illustrated and will easily capture a young child's eye, it's also appropriate for pre teens because of the history it teaches them.I would recommend this book for children ages three up to thirteen.

spiritual RESTORATION BY MS Gurmay Darlington: MSW,LCSW

My Journey to Spiritual Restoration, is a very well writing book, it brakes my heart to read of what she went through, but her selflessness in sharing her experiences makes her life and her strength to over come all she went through an inspiration for any who is lucky enough to read her story.
I believe anyone who reads this book will realise they also have the strength to over come any obstacle they face in their life as long as they are willing to give God their burdens. God tells us to lay our burdens at his feet and he will take care of them for us ,Just as this author has done.

If you would like to purchase a copy of this amazing book you can pick it up at http://www.amazon.com/Journey-Spiritual-Restoration-Gurmay-Darlington/dp/1432754602/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1282145196&sr=8-1

Fearless; By Max Lucado.

Fearless By Max Lucado, Imagine Your Life Without Fear, is one of the best books I have read all year.
for me this book teaches you by using scripture to deal with things that come 0ur way without being afraid is Gods plan of how we should live a fulfilled life.It takes Faith to except Gods will
in our life in order to give God our fear.
Max Lucado does an out standing job of teaching us this, Hands down Max Lucado's books never fail to show us the spiritual path we need to walk in order to be the Christians that knows we can be.

A review for acts 29 by Chris Kovac.

Acts 29 The Mission Continues, A course in sharing your Faith, by Chris Kovac.
This work book captured my attention because I was pretty sure there was no acts 29 in the Bible, I even looked to make sure!! to your amazement what the Author has us do is write act 29 using our own life story.
This book is about building and sharing the readers faith and how to become soul winners, he brakes the lessons down into four steps, step one is cultivating, step two is sowing, step three is harvesting, and step four is multiplying. he teaches these steps by using scripture to enhance each lesson.
I would highly recommend this work book for small study groups for I feel a person needs some guidance when working with this book.
I was provided a review copy by Nav press but in no way does this alter my opinion of this book.

A review for Transforming Grace.

Transforming Grace by Jerry Bridges, is a great asset for anyone to learn about Gods Grace.

The author explains to the reader how to put Gods grace to work in our life. By using the scriptures he gives as illustrations and searching them out I have found a greater understanding of what Grace really means.

I feel this book would be a valuable tool for any christian who wants to grow spiritually and learn how to accept Gods amazing Grace.

My rating is 5 stars you wont be disappointed. on aside i was given a work book that went along with this book that will also help in your personal spiritual walk with God.
